Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Fun place, but under new ownership - we cancelled our membership because it is always filthy, and the staff is just standing around - even during the day when it is empty it's still dirty. Today it was busy and DISGUSTING, the entire 1.5 hours we were there the tables were never cleared and the staff can be seen standing around doing nothing.

My kids really like it. We haven't gone as much as we used to. We used to have a membership but got an Urban Air one the past couple of years. It seems like this one has not changed since I last went (a couple years ago). The "adult" /tables area is lacking and there is not much to occupy those of us not playing(TVs with sports, more seating, better food selection , etc...) and just want a break while the kids go have fun. However, my kids do seem to enjoy themselves and that is the most important part, anyway.

This place is a ton of fun for the kids (and adults who want to join in, too)! Plus management is great- very friendly and goes above & beyond to make sure concerns are taken care of, and that everyone is having a great time. The manager Jay is exceptional with service (in numerous ways), and really helped make our visit well worth it! Definitely recommended coming here.

This place is disgustingly dirty. Every time. It has so much potential but it grosses me out to let the kids touch anything. The tables are are sticky and covered in spills and crumbs, even when they open. The floors have trash, hair, fingernails, and general debris everywhere. The bathrooms have not had a working soap dispenser or towel dispenser in more than 6 months. We have a membership because it’s easy on a cold day and the cost of a membership is the same as one admission. I cannot imagine paying $100+ for a family of 4 for 1.5 hours to roll around in filth. I know it’s hypocritical- we obviously still go - BUT we bring hand sanitizer and wipe the tables on arrival. As I said, so much potential- there is a fun variety of activities - if only they would wipe surfaces and vacuum, even once a month would be great!

This would be my second time coming to the sky zone with my family. I’m giving it a one star because the first time that we went the guy that I will show in the picture put us on a membership that we didn’t agree to and it ended up charging us monthly, so now my bank I need to call them to dispute it or speak to a manager. They have teenagers working there and the grown man who acts like a teenager they are very unprofessional. It was super dirty and the workers weren’t even doing their job, there was only one girl who was doing her job , and actually trying to clean up the place and help customers. They left her pretty much all by herself. Well, one of the workers were playing on the jumpy , and actually trying to clean up the place and help customers and another worker was hiding in the back. And then there’s this other worker who is dark skin, who just walks around and stares at people, doesn’t even do anything related to his job! One of the workers told my little girl to move out the way because he was playing on the jumping thing which was very inappropriate because she is a tiny little girl, and he is supposed to be working, not playing with his friends another worker he is a short Edgar haircut boy and we asked for a pair of socks . He just threw them on the counter. Absolutely disgusting customer service !

We attended a birthday party last year and it was great - staff was attentive, place was clean, equipment was in good condition. Yesterday we attended another party and the place was a wreck, to say the least. It's absolutely FILTHY. In the entry way/break area the floor is so sticky and dirty. Bathrooms... wait until you get home. Trash was everywhere. The zipline had no staff working it so kids were on their own. Dodgeball had one ball. Most of the staff were on their phones. Save your money!

Echoing that under the new corporate ownership this place is FILTHY!!! Tables and the surrounding floor are not cleaned (and we usually get there right at opening time). Bathrooms are not cleaned and supplies are not replenished. We've discussed a billing issue with the GM on two separate occasions, he promised he'd reached out to the email on file (which we confirmed)...weeks have passed with zero follow up. Sadly, a great place has been taken over by corporate and has gone downhill since.
